I recently stayed at a hotel in a very quiet neighborhood near a bus stop with limited bus service that goes to the town center. It was a great location for those wanting a peaceful escape. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money offered, as the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the well-maintained rooms on level 4, which were clean and spacious. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

It is very close to ski resort and easily assessible by train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly

They speak very little english, no shuttle bus to eating place and shopping

we greatly enjoyed new furano. easy base for a city trip in hokkaido! the hotel met the demands, we will be returning here soon. we could have lunch in tamaya set within 1000 feet.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With basic amenities and comfortable rooms on level 4, it offers great affordability for a ski trip. The staff here are also very attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

All was adequate and met my expectations.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to the ski slopes and nearby restaurants.- The showers provided hot water, which was a relief after a long day outdoors.

The hotel is in need of renovation, appearing tired and outdated. The rooms were not very comfortable, with uncomfortable beds and a lack of proper air circulation.

The hotel's location is great as it is within walking distance to the slopes and some local food stops. the room was clean and tidy, and had enough space to store our ski gear. the water pressure in the shower was decent.

The lack of English proficiency among the staff made communication difficult. the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, and the staff provides helpful and friendly service. Some rooms offer beautiful views of the surroundings.

The hotel's WiFi service is only accessible in the lobby, which can be inconvenient who want to stay connected in their rooms.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was centrally located in the Kitanomine district and just a short walk from the gondola and bus stops. Additionally, there were a few good restaurants in town nearby. The view from my room overlooking Furano Town was absolutely lovely. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, providing lots of information on sightseeing options in the area. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and offered great value for money.
